I recently attended the National Achievers Conference with Tony Robbins, Gary Vaynerchuk, & Robert Herjavec.
I would like to share with you some lessons & insights that I took from my experience.
Whenever I attend a seminar or an event, I always take a lot of notes.
Within 24 hours of learning something new, I review those notes again in order to make sure that I have internalized the information.
Make sure that you attend live events. This is one of the best ways to learn and grow.
The information and the value that you consume from a live event is incomparable to reading a book or watching a video.
I’m obsessed with investing in myself because I am committed to mastery.
The knowledge that I have learned from live events is one of the major reasons why I have achieved so much success in my life.

The three main speakers at the event were Tony Robbins, Gary Vaynerchuk, and Robert Herjavec.
I was right in the front row, which cost me more money, but it was a way more powerful experience.
Tony Robbins was standing right in front of me.
At various times throughout his 3-hour talk he would grab my head and kiss it, fist bump me, and then nearing the end of the event, he came over to me and he whispered in my ear, “Write to me.”
After the event, there was a crowd surrounding him, and he took my hand, kissed it and for whatever reason said, “Amazing.”
I think that he recognized who I was. I’ve sent hundreds of people to Tony Robbins seminar and I’ve sent thousands of people to his website.
I’ve always believed that the best way to attract a mentor is either to add massive value to them or by you becoming more valuable, so that they seek YOU out.
I’ve always wanted to become valuable enough that my mentors know who I am and they view me as an expert in my field.
I don’t just want to be a fan.
As I grow my brand I know that I will attract more people that I look up to in my business and in my life.
Tony Robbins – Insights and Words of Wisdom
During his talk, Tony shared some of the following insights:
Condition yourself with the beliefs and emotions that you want to experience every day.
Emotions are the ultimate resource. When you can tap into your commitment and determination on, that is what drives to achieve what you want in life.
Everyone has an emotional home that we consistently feel – recognize what they are and condition them. Either upgrade your home or move. If certain emotions are negative, remove them.
People do a lot based on their feelings, but you need to do things even when you don’t feel like it. Push yourself in spite of comfort and convenience.
Putting yourself in a peak state every day is the most important thing you can do for your business, life, and relationships.
When you are in a better state, you will take more action, because the best of you is showing up.
Obsession is the first step in achieving anything. Make it so important that you think about it constantly.
Massive action is the cure all. If you have limiting beliefs, take action and change your life.
I always go back to the importance of morning rituals. This is the best time to put yourself in your peak state.
Live from a place of gratitude because life is too short to suffer. Appreciate all the blessings in your life.
Robert Herjavec – Insights and Words of Wisdom
Robert is a self-made millionaire. Originally from Croatia, he came to Canada, hustled, and created opportunities that have got him to where he is today.
He is worth over 100 million dollars.
One great thing that he shared during the event was a story of a conversation that he had with Mark Cuban, an American businessman, investor, author, television personality, and philanthropist.
Mark said to Robert, “Do you know why you aren’t more successful than you already are? It’s because you don’t dream big enough.”
That is a great lesson for all of us.
A lot of us are afraid to dream bigger and open up our eyes. Fears, limitations, and doubts hold us back from taking our lives to the next level.
When you think on a massive scale, anything is possible. You can have it all.
Short-term goals are great, but long-term goals allow you to stretch yourself.
During his talk, Robert shared the following insights:
You can be wrong a thousand times, but you only need to be right, just once.
You can fail many times, but when you find one thing that works, it can change your entire life.
Always be honest with yourself. Experience and knowledge is more valuable than money.
My desire to do better every day is more important than sleep.
When you are comfortable, make a change. Comfort is the beginning of the end.
A lot of people make comfort more important than hustling. You have to be willing to sacrifice short-term gratification for long-term results.
The moment that you feel that you have made it, and you get content, that is when you lose your drive and stop improving yourself. Always be improving!
Gary Vaynerchuk – Insights and Words of Wisdom
Gary believes in the the importance of self-awareness; knowing your strengths and deciding what you want to master in life.
For myself, I want to become a master of creating valuable content.
I want to share, teach, and learn. That is what fulfills me the most in life.
During his talk, Gary shared the following insights:
The most important thing online is to get attention through creating content.
The single biggest reason why you are not putting out enough content is because you are a perfectionist.
I can relate to this. People think that their content has to be top production quality, which holds them back from taking action.
Instead of viewing it as creating content, Gary suggests that you look at it as ‘documenting’.
When you do so, it takes away the pressure and expectations. You are just sharing your journey and your process of mastery.
That is why my brand is called Project Life Mastery – it is a process that I am pursuing, every day.
Gary also shared his principle called, ’51/49′. He suggests that you ask yourself, “Are you giving more value to your employees and customers than they are giving to yourself?”
Add value to your audience and the people in your life. That is the secret to success.
The key to learning faster is involvement and participation. When you are involved and you show up for your life, you get more than when you are passive.
You can learn a vast amount of knowledge, but if you have the wrong mindset, none of that knowledge will work for you.
Money is a result of the value that you add.
Thoughts lead to your feelings, which lead to your actions, which lead to your results.
The first element of change is awareness – model the blueprint of successful people.
Rich people believe that they create their life, whereas poor people believe that life happens to them.
Find situations that make you uncomfortable and move into them.
The National Achievers Conference with Tony Robbins, Gary Vaynerchuk, & Robert Herjavec was an experience that I will always remember.
The lessons & insights that I learned from this event will allow me to take my business and my life to the next level.
Put yourself in environments that allow you to keep the momentum going so that you can master your life.
When you attend live events you grow in ways that you didn’t think were possible.
Self-development is your ultimate power.
